Bio
Ronald C. Gardner has over 43 years of litigation experience and enjoys working with people from all kinds of different backgrounds—including clients, court personnel, and even opposing counsel. (He also takes particular satisfaction in writing persuasive briefs and cross-examining hostile witnesses.)
Ronald’s practice areas include asbestos litigation, negligence, automobile liability, construction site accidents, products liability, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, environmental cleanup, breach of contract, officers and directors fiduciary liability, underinsured motorist, and insurance coverage.
In his free time, he loves getting outdoors—whether he’s on two wheels as a cyclist, two skis on the slopes, or his own two feet hiking and walking. A father of two, Ronald helps his 10-year-old son with soccer and tries to keep up with him on moguls; his daughter attends the University of Washington in Bothell.
